RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS
MILLBRAE/BURLINGAME SLUDGELINE
AND FORCE MAIN - PROJECT C-06-
1267-120 (City Job 906A)
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation
for bids for the Millbrae/Burlingame Sludgeline and Force Main
Project C-06-1267-120 (City Job 906A); and
WHEREAS,all bids received by the City were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public works, reviewed,
and a recommendation for award made to the State Water Quality
Control Board; and
WHEREAS, that agency has requested that all bids be
rejected for failure to meet Minority Business Enterprise Regula-
tions;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED and it is hereby
ORDERED that all bids received for the Millbrae/Burlingame Sludge -
line and Force Main - Project C-06-1267-120 (City Job 906A) are
rejected.
I, EVELYN 11. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingamel
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of
