California, that it does hereby accept that certain Deed of
Easement for construction and maintenance of a bridge and debris
catcher bars dated October 19, 1979, executed by GEORGE E. HAUSE,
and that the same be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
