RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Grant Deed
dated October 23, 1979, executed by Mary Janney, Clerk, Board
of Trustees of the BURLINGAME SCHOOL DISTRICT, an elementary
school district of San Mateo County, and that the same be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
California.

the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of November, 1979,
