RESOLUTION FIXING ASSESSPIENTS FOR
SIDEWALK REPAIRS
6IHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed with the City Clerk
a report of the cost of sidewalk repairs performed by the City
pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California and the ordinances of the City of Burlingame; and
WHEREAS, appropriate notices have been given to each
property owner allowing them to perform the work in lieu of City
construction; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property set forth on EXHIBIT
A attached hereto have not responded, and the City therefore has
performed the sidewalk repairs on their behalf;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is FOUND, DETE MINED A14D ORDERED as
follows:
1. The assessments and liens set forth on EXHIBIT A
attached hereto are hereby confirmed.
2. The costs of sidewalk repairs set forth in EXHIBIT A
constitute a special assessment against each parcel and is a lien
on the parcel.
3. The City Clerk is directed to transmit a certified
copy of this resolution to the County Tax Collector and the
Countv Auditor. The County Auditor is requested to enter the
assessment upon the County Tax Roll and collect the total amount
of the assessment in the time and manner as other ordinary taxes.
I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City or Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of
November, 1979, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
