RESOLUTION NO. 77 -, 79
RESOLUTION ENDORSING ROOF RAT ABATEMENT
PROJECT OF PENINSULA COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, on October 9, 1979, there was presented to
this Council the proposal of PENINSULA COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.,
to conduct a roof rat abatement project utilizing CETA employees;
and
WHEREAS, it is the determination of this City Council
that the concept of such a program in the City of Burlingame is
acceptable to it;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame that the conduct of a roof rat abatement
project by Peninsula Community Services, Inc., within the City
of Burlingame as a part of an overall county program is approved
in principle by this City, and this City will commit $5,000.00
in support of the CETA grant if and when it is awarded to
Peninsula Community Services, Inc., and an appropriate work
program is presented to and accepted by this City Council.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15th day of October, 1979, and was adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
