ACCEPTING REROOFING OF FIRE STATION
N'O. 3 - JOB 912
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby find, order and deter --
mine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certi--
fied that the work done by ACE ROOFIiNG COMPANY under the terms of
its contract with the City of Burlingame dated May 21, 1979, has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
approved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as 'Roofing Fire
Station No. 3 (Job No. 912)."
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder notices of completi
thereof as required by law.
I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of September, 1979
and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
