RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
DEED AND APPROVING FORM OF NOTE
1020 CAROLAN AVENUE - DAVID ARATA
AND ALVIN J. ARATA
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETER-
MINE as follows:
1. This Council has received and approved the form of
note concerning the sale of 1020 Carclan Avenue, Burlingame.
2. The public interest and convenience require execu-
tion of the deed to DAVID ARATA and ALVIN J. ARATA for the sale
of 1020 Carolan Avenue, Burlingame.
3. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute said deed and other necessary documents for said sale
for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
4. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest such signatures.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of
August, 1979, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
