RESOLUTION ACCEPTING 1978/1979
WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM - PLANT
GROW CORPORATION
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby find, order and deter-
mine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certifie
that the work done by PLANT GROW CORPORATION under the terms of
its contract with the City of Burlingame dated October 17, 1977,
as extended, has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications approved by this Council therefor and to the satis
faction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as "Weed Abatement
1978-1979 - Job 818."
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder notices of comple-
tion thereof as required by law.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of August, 1979,
and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
