RESOLUTION NO.47 79
RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP
1188 EL CAMINO REAL
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
for approval a tentative and final parcel man to combine Lots 27,
28 and 29, and portions of Lot 30, Block 5, Easton Addition No.
1, recorded in Volume 3 of Maps at page 70, San Mateo County
Records (APN Nos. 026-212-260 and 026--212-270), at 1188 El
Camino Real, Burlingame: and
WHEREAS, it is the determination of this Council that
said parcel map should be approved subject to certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame as follows:
I. The above described parcel map is approved subject
to the following conditions:
(1) That construction of the Home Savings and Loan
office and parking lot adjacent thereto be generally con-
sistent with those plans date stamped November 21, 1978.
(2) That ingress to the parking lot be permitted only
from northbound El Camino Real; egress from the lot to be
via the City's marking lot fronting on Capuchino Avenue.
(3) That all street, gutter, curb and sidewalk improve-
ments be installed to City and State specifications at
applicant's expense.
(4) That landscaping and irrigation plans be approved
by the City prior to the issuance of a building permit.
(5) That the existing underground gasoline tanks be
removed or filled to the approval of the Fire Chief.

(6) That said parking lot be open and available to
the general public during those hours.of each week when
the adjacent office is closed.
II. Resolution No. 7-79 is hereby rescinded.
III. The City Clerk shall cause this resolution to be
recorded with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of
July, 1979, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
