RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS
MILLBRAE-BURLINGAME SLUDGE PUMPING
STATION AND FORCE MAIN - JOB NO. 906
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation
for bids for the Millbrae -Burlingame Sludge Pumping Station and
Force Main - Job No. 906; and
WHEREAS, on June 5, 1979, all bids received by the City
were opened before the City Clerk and the Director of Public
works; and
WHEREAS, all bids submitted for said jobs exceeded the
Engineer's Estimate;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED and it is hereby ORDERED
that all bids received for the Millbrae -Burlingame Sludge Pumping
Station and Force Main (Job No. 906) and opened June 5, 1979,
are rejected.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 13th day of
June, 1979, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
