RESOLUTION NO. 41- 79
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
DEEDS AND APPROVING FORMS OF NOTES
1008-1020 CAROLAN AVENUE
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETER-
MINE as follows:
1. This Council has received and approved the forms of
notes concerning the sale of 1008-1020 Carolan Avenue, Burlingame
2. The public interest and convenience require execution
of the deeds to Arata Pontiac and Mike Harvey Oldsmobile for the
sale of 1008-1020 Carolan Avenue.
3. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute said deeds and other necessary documents for said sale
for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
4. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest such signatures.
I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th day of Jun
1979, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup-Barton-Crosby
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Mangini
ABSTAIN: COUNCILMAN: Martin
