HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 038-1979RESOLUTION NO.38 - 78 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT FOR LIABILITY IN- SURANCE COVERAGES RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and as follows: 1. The public interest and convenience require execu- tion of the agreement cited in the title above. 2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Bur 3. The City Attorney is designated to represent the City of Burlingame on the governing board of said joint powers authority. 4. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to attest such signature. 5 I, EVELYN H.
