RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISON
AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF EASEMENT
977 EL CAMINO REAL
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETER-
MINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execu-
tion of the agreement cited in the title above and that the City
Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to sign said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame. The City Clerk
is hereby ordered and instructed to attest such signature.
2. The City Council of the City of Burlingame do
hereby accept that certain sanitary sewer easement dedicated on
that map entitled "PARCEL MAP, BEING A MERGER OF LOTS 23 AND 24,
AND A PORTION OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3 OF MAP OF SUBDIVISION # 5,
BURKINGAME PARK, CALIF." and does hereby vacate the sanitary
sewer easement as indicated thereon

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burling
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day
of June, 1979, and was adopted thereafter by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, MANGINI, MARTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: CROSBY
