Home My WebLink AboutReso - CC - 032-19795/10/79 P,ESOLUTIOH NO.32 - 79 RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNEXATION OF LAND OF SISTERS OF 1E7RCY A2ID PfFRCY HIGH SCHOOL RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, a proposal for annexation of certain unincor- porated territories to the City of Burlingame was heretofore filed with and heard by the Local Agenc;T Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo; and WHERIAS, said Commission at its meeting of February 21, 1979, approved said annexation, finding the area to be inhabited, and that proceeding might be held without notice, hearing or election pursuant to Government Code Section 35151; and WHERFAS, the City of Burlingame has been requested to approve said annexation; NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED AHD DETEM-II14ED that: 1. That area, the boundaries of which are set forth in EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B attached hereto and by reference incor- porated herein, is approved for annexation to the City of Burlingame. 2. Said area shall be designated The Lands of the Sisters of Piercy and mercy High School. 3. The territory described in EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B shall be removed from the Burlingame Hills Sewer Haintenance District and service extended thereto by the City of Burlingame. 4. Said area shall be annexed without notice, hearing or election. -1- 5. The subject area will not be taxed for any existing bonded indebtedness or contractual obligation of the City of Burlingame. 6. The City Clerk shall transmit to the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo six certified copies of this resolution. I, EVELY14 H.
