RESOLUTION ACCEPTING 1977 - 1978
SIDEWALK PROGRAM - JOB 727
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does find, order and determine as
follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has
certified that the work done by ANZA ENGINEERING CORPORATION unde
the terms of its contract with the CITY OF BURLINGAME dated
December 5, 1977, has been completed in accordance with the plans
and specifications approved by this Council therefor to the satis
faction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is described as "Sidewalk Repair Program -
1977-1978 (Job No. 77-27)" (renumbered Job No. 727).
3. Said work be, and the same hereby is, approved.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Comple-
tion thereof as required by law.
I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of
April, 1979, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
