RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BELLEVUE-
LORTON INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
JOB NO. 803
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does find, order and determine as
follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has
certified that the work done by RAYMOND J. BRAGATO, doing business
as ASPHALT MAINTENANCE 8 STRIPING CO., under the terms of his
contract with the CITY OF BURLINGAME dated December 18, 1978, has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
approved by this Council therefor to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is described as "BELLEVUE - LORTON INTER-
SECTION IMPROVEMENTS, JOB 78-3" (renumbered Job No. 803).
3. Said work be and the same hereby is approved.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Com-
pletion thereof as required by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of
April, 1979, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
