HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 012-1979RESOLUTION 12- 79 RESOLUTION REQUESTING EXCLUSION OF TERRITORY FROM THE BURLINGAME HILLS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, it has been requested that certain property owned by Sisters of Mercy and Mercy High School be annexed to the City of Burlingame; and WHEREAS, said lands currently are within the Burlingame Hills Sewer Maintenance District and, pursuant to Section 4926 of the Health and Safety Code,it is necessary and desirable that lands be excluded from said District upon their annexation to the City; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND DETERMINED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo is hereby requested to exclude the territory described in EXHIBIT A hereto from the Burlingame Hills Sewer Maintenance District upon the annexation of said territory to the City of Burlingame. 1 I Mayor I, EVELYN H.
