HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 067-1980RESOLUTION NO. 67 -80 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MILLBRAE AND THE CITY OF BURLINGAME - 2100 BLOCK OF TROUSDALE RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California that: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame has read and considered that certain Agreement between the City of Millbrae and the City of Burlingame concerning the orderly transi- tion of utility services for the 2100 Block of Trousdale Drive in the event of its detachment from the City of Millbrae and its annexation to the City of Burlingame; follows: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as 1. The Public interest and convenience require the entering into of an Agreement, and the City of Burlingame hereby approves the hereinabove described Agreement. 2. The City of Burlingame shall enter into, and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, be and they and each of them hereby is, authorized and directed on behalf of said City, respectively, to execute and attest an Agreement between th City of Millbrae and the City of Burlingame. i Mayor I, EVELYN H.
