HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 066-1980RESOLUTION NO. 66 - 80 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME OF SAN MATEO COUNTY MAKING DETERMINATION OF PROPERTY TAX EXCHANGE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 282, SECTION 59, PART 0.5, IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTICLE XIIIA OF THE CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION, COMMENCING WITH SECTION 95, DIVISION 1 OF THE REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, State of California, that WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame and the City Council of the City of Millbrae are the "governing bodies of the agencies whose service areas and responsibilities would be altered by the proposed reorganization of the 2100 Block of Trousdale Drive (4.45+ acres); and WHEREAS, the subject determination has been made prior to and as a condition precedent to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission issuing the Certificate of Fil on said proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame in making this determination has reviewed the proposed property tax exchange and the amount of said exchange; and WHEREAS, the amount of property tax revenues to be exchanged between the City of Millbrae and the City of Burlingame is $1,703.00; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE and ORDER as follows: SECTION 1. The amount of property tax revenues to be transferred from the City of Millbrae to the City of Burlingame is $1,703.00. SECTION 2. The exchange of said revenues is approved conditioned upon the approval by the Local Agency Formation 10/24/80 11 1 Commission of the proposed reorganization of the 2100 Block of Trousdale Drive. ayor I, EVELYN H.
