PROPERTY TAX REDUCTION BY
CITY OF BURLINGAME FOR
1980-81 FISCAL YEAR
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 100, Revenue and
Taxation Code of the State of California, $300,000.00 of property
tax revenues for 1980-81 be returned to the property taxpayers of
the City of Burlingame in the form of a tax reduction on the
1980-81 property tax bills.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of
August, 1980, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup-Barton-Crosby-Mangini-Martin
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
