RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SALARY OF
CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 3.08.050 and 3.12.030
of the Burlingame Municipal Code this Council is authorized to
establish the compensation of the City Clerk and the City
Treasurer by appropriate resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED AND DETERMINED,
that the monthly compensation of the City Clerk and the City
Treasurer is hereby established in the amount of four hundred
dollars ($400.00) per month, effective March 1, 1980, and con-
tinuing until increased or decreased by subsequent resolution
of this Council.
I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of
February, 1980, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup, Barton, Crosby, Mangini, Martin.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
