RESOLUTION REQUESTING ONE-YEAR
EXTENSION OF BIKEWAY FUNDS
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
as follows:
WHEREAS, in 1978 the City of Burlingame received an
allocation of $41,000.00 from the Metropolitan Transportation
Commission Bikeways Funds, which funds were designated by the
City of Burlingame for the construction of a bridge across a
wildlife preserve at San Francisco Bay; and
WHEREAS, said allocation expires on June 30, 1980,and
the City wishes to obtain an extension of said allocation;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED that the City
Council of Burlingame does hereby request the Metropolitan
Transportation Commission to grant the City of Burlingame a one-
year extension, to wit, to June 30, 1981, of the $41,000.00
allocation of Bikeways Funds.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of May,
1980, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
