ACCEPTING BURLINGAME PLAZA LANDSCAPING
(PROJECT 20-003) AND AUTHORIZING CITY'S
PAYMENT
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified that
the work done by Keyco Landscaping under the terms of the Cost Sharing
Agreement Burlingame Plaza Landscaping dated November 5, 1979, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this
Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as Cost Sharing Agreement -
Burlingame Plaza Landscaping, City Project No. 20-003.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. Authorization is hereby granted for payment of the City of
Burlingame's share of related costs as provided in said agreement.
5. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file for
record with the County Recorder a notice of completion thereof as required by
law.

the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 21st day of April, 1980, and was adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
