ACCEPTING SANITARYSEWER REHABILI-
TATION CONTRACT I 1979 PROJECT
(JOB NO.' '812 ).
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby find, order and deter-
mine as follows;
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has
certified that the work done by McGUIRE AND HESTER under the ter
of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated July 16, 1979,
has been completed in accordance with the plans and specificatio
approved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as "Sanitary
Sewer Rehabilitation Contract 1 - 1979 Project (Job No, 812)."
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder notices of complet
thereof as required by law.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of April, 1980,
and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
