RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
that the Mayor of said City be, and he is hereby authorized for,
and in behalf of the City of Burlingame, a municipal corporation,
to execute and deliver to the Burlingame Elementary School Dis-
trict, an elementary school district of the County of tian "ateo,
a deed coilveying
State of California,/the following described parcel of real
property situate in the City of Burlingame, County of San 1:ateo,
State of California, and particularly described as follows:
Parcel No. 3
B,GINIU NG at a point on the southeasterly line of Devereux
Drive S 33' 53' 20" W 410.11 feet from the southwesterly line of
Balboa Avenue as said Devereux Drive and Balboa Avenue are shown
upon that certain map entitled "Ray Park, Burlingame, California,"
filed April 16, 1941, in Book 23 of L:'aps, Pages 45 to 48 in-
clusive, in the office of the County Recorder of San .T"_ateo county,
California, and running_ thence S 56' 06' 40" E 354.33 feet; thence
S 33" 53' 20" V1 67.119 feet; thence S 83° 31' 20" 1'd 10.37 feet;
thence IT 56' 06' 40" IN 346.427 feet to the southeasterly line of
Devereux Drive; thence along said southeasterly line of Devereux
Drive N 33' 53' 20" E 73.E'37 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 0.60 acres of land more or less, -
pursuant to the terms of a certain agreement dated June 10, 1941,
between the City of Burlingame, a municipal corporation, and the
Burlingame Elementary School District, an elementary school dis-
trict of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
The foregoing Resolution was -duly introduced at a meet-
ing of the City Council of the City of Burlingame, held on
January 17, 1944 and adopted by the following vote:
