RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
that there is hereby established a petty cash fund, in an amount
of Twenty five dollars (825.00) for the Office of City Engineer -
Purchasing agent, from which fund minor expenditures not ex-
ceeding One dollar (�1.00) may be paid without warrant therefor;
provided, however, no expenditures shall be made without the
production of a cash receipt or voucher which shall be presented
to the City Treasurer who shall retain the same as an offset
against the disbursement to said petty cash fund.
The forenoing Resolution was introduced at a rePular meet-
ing of the City Council held on July 17, 1944, and adopted by
the followine vote:
