The City Council of the City of burlingame does
hereby resolve and declare its intention to vacate a portion
of San lilateo Drive, a street in said City, as per map thereof
on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which reference
is hereby made for further particulars, and which portion of
said street proposed to be vacated is described as follows:
The northwesterly portion of San lateo Drive in the
City of Burlingame which fronts on Lot 16, Block 1, and Lots
15 and 16, Block 2, De Coulon Subdivision as shown on that
certain map entitled '11ap of the De Coulon Subdivision
Burlingame, California", which map was filed in the office of
the Recorder of San Iu,"ateo County, State of California, on
may 14, 1909 in Liber 6 of '"laps at page 61, and wore particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 15, Block 2,
De Coulon Subdivision as above described; thence along the
southwesterly line of San i,',ateo Drive N 62° 30' W 54.42 feet
to the northerly corner of Lot 16, Block 2, on the northwesterly
boundary line of said De Coulon Subdivision; thence along said

westerly corner of Lot 16, Block 1 on the northeasterly line of
San Mateo Drive; thence along the northeasterly line of San

and that the foregoing portion of said street is unnecessary
for present or prospective street purposes.
Be it further Resolved that the City Council does
hereby elect to proceed herein pursuant to the provisions
to the Street and Highway Code of the State of California,
as set forth in Division 9, Part3, thereof.
Be it further Resolved that Tuesday, the fifth day
of September, 1944, at the hour of eight o'clock P. Bpi. of
said day at the Council x0om of the City Council of the City
of Burlingame, located in the City Hall, 267 Park Road, in
said City, be and the same are hereby fixed as the time and
place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to
the proposed vacation may appear and be heard.
Be it further Resolved that this resolution be published
and notice of the hearing be given in the time and manner re-
quired by law.
The foregoing tiesolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame held on
Monday, August 7, 1944, and was adopted by the following vote:
