'4E,REAS, on August 7, 1944, the City Council of
the City of Burlingame adopted Resolution No. 28-44, in
which the Council declared its intention to vacate and close
that portion of San fvateo Drive, a public street in said
City, as in said Resolution and hereinafter described; and,
YYH'HUS, the aforesaid Resolution fixed September 5,
1944, at the hour of eight otclock P. Y., and the Council
Room of the City Council of the City of Burlingame the time
and place when and where all persons interested in or object-
ing to the proposed vacation may appear and be heard; and
WlMt AS, more than fifteen days have elapsed since
the passage of Resolution No. 28-44, and notice of the hearing
thereof has been given by publication and posting in the manner
prescribed by law, all of which appears from the Record filed
in this matter; and
WE&LAS, on the day fixed for the hearing, the City
Council heard the evidence submitted and thereupon determined
that the portion of San Mateo Drive, hereinafter described is
cessary for public street purposes;
NOW, TIER�ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
ity of Burlingame, that the portion of San ivateo Drive hereinafter
escribed, is unnecessary for present or prospective street aurpose:
ad the Council does hereby order said portion of said San Mateo
ive to be vacated and closed for public street purposes;
BE IT FURTFER RESOLVED that the City Clerk cause a cert-
fied copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the
ounty Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California.

The portion of San YAteo Drive herein ordered
vacated and closed is described as follows:
The northwesterly portion of San Ia.teo Drive in the
City of Burlingame which fronts on Lot 16, Block 1, and Lots
15 and 16, block 2, De Coulon Subdivision as snown on that
certain map entitled "Pap of the De Coulon Subdivision
Burlingame, California", which map was filed in the office of
the Recorder of San Na.teo County, State of California, on
Yay 14, 1909 in Liber 6 of ;gaps at page 61, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 15,
block 2, De Coulon Subdivision as above described; thence along
the southwesterly line of San Mateo Drive N 620 30' '+4 54.42 feet
to the northerly corner of Lot 16, Block 2, on the northwesterly
boundary line of said De Coulon Subdivision; thence along said
