RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AND
THE CITY OF MILLBRAE FOR
SHARED CODE ENFORCEMENT SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the City of Burlingame is in need of a Code Compliance Officer; and
WHEREAS, the City of Millbrae has a highly qualified Community Preservation Officer
who can meet the needs of the City of Burlingame for code enforcement services; and
WHEREAS, the City of Millbrae is willing to provide the Community Preservation
Officer's services on a shared basis with the City of Burlingame,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed execute the Agreement attached hereto as
Exhibit A by and on behalf of the City.
2. The Clerk is directed to attest to the signature of Manager.

2003, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
