RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING SALARY FREEZE FOR CITY ATTORNEY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 86-2002, the City Council approved a salary increase of 4%
for the City Attorney to take effect on July 1, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has requested that this salary increase be eliminated in light
of the current budget situation of the City and as also agreed to by the City's Department Heads,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The salary increase scheduled for July 1, 2003, under Resolution No. 86-2002 is
eliminated. ,
