RESOLUTION APPROVING PARCEL MAP VACATING AND ESTABLISHING A
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FOR LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AT 1544 BERNAL
AVENUE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, application was made to the Planning Commission of the City of Burlingame
for a parcel map for that property known as 1544 Bernal Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the application was heard by the Planning Commission of the City of
Burlingame on January 29, 2003, that hearing being properly noticed as required by law, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of that application, and a
public hearing regarding the application was scheduled and held by the City Council on April 7,
2003, at which time all interested persons were heard and all testimony and submittals considered,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND DETERMINED by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame:
1. That parcel map for the division of that property known as 1544 Bernal Avenue is hereby
approved subject to the conditions attached hereto as Exhibit "A'.
2. That this Council finds that the pattern and size ofthe proposed lots is compatible with the
pattern ofexi sting lots in the neighborhood and that the proposed development is consistent with the
General Plan.
3. In addition, the parcel map will vacate and re-establish a public utility easement as shown
on the parcel map, and this is expressly approved.

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day
of Anril ,2003, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
