RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ESTABLISHING EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the City has been using a variety of guiding documents to administer expense
reimbursement requests by City officers and employees; and
WHEREAS, it is important that those procedures be placed in a unified reference for even-
handed, consistent, and accountable administration by City staff,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The Expense Reimbursement Procedures contained in Exhibit A hereto are approved.

resolution was introduced at a regular meeting ofthe City Council held on the 3rd day oftsarch . 2003,
