ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - HATCH LANE SEWER REHABILITATION
BY KINSEL INDUSTRIES INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 9853(5)
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council
does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by KINSEL
INDUSTRIES, INC. under the terms of its contract with the City dated AUGUST 5, 2002, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 9853(5).
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
I, Ann T. Musso, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of
January 2003, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BAYLOCK, COFFEY, GALLIGAN, JANNEY, O'MAHONY
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
