Trustees Present: Mr. DeMartini, Mr. Guthrie, Mr. Hechinger, Mrs. Cohendet
Trustees Absent: Mr. Lynes
MINUTES:
The Minutes of the meeting of January 18, 1967 were read and approved.
BILLS:
On a motion by Mr. Guthrie, seconded by Mr. Hechinger, bills in the amount of $3,101.03
were ordered paid.
LIBRARIAN'S REPORT
The Librarian's report was read and accepted.
OLD BUSINESS
Library System of Local Municipalities
The Librarian stated he invited new Trustee Guthrie to go to the meeting of the local
independent municipal librarians in order to become better acquainted with the proposed
municipal library system. Mr. Guthrie stated that he felt that very little was
accomplished at the meeting, and he personally felt that a system had very little
to offer to our library. The Librarian agreed and stated he would keep in touch
with whatever developed.
Building Program
The Librarian stated that he was working up some statistics for the use of Mr.
Hechinger for the purpose of making flip charts. It was agreed by all that every-
thing should be done to make a favorable presentation of our case.
Microfilming of Advance Star
The Librarian reported that he would include the $750.00 share of the annual cost for
five years of microfilming the Advance Star in the new budget request.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned on a motion by Mrs. Cohendet, seconded by Mr. Hechinger.
