ACCEPTING 2005 SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
SPENCON CONSTRUCTION INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 80960
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council
does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by SPENCON
CONSTRUCTION, INC. under the terms of its contract with the City dated FEBRUARY 23, 2005 has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 80960.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
I, DORIS MORTENSEN, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th
day of November 2005, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BAYLOCK, GALLIGAN, NAGEL, O'NAHONY
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
