BURLINGAME PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD
November 20, 1973
CALL TO ORDER:
The regular meeting of the Burlingame Public Library Board was called to order on the
above given date at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman De Martini.
ROLL CALL:
Trustees Present: Trustee Cohendet, Trustee De Martini, Trustee Hechinger,
Trustee Lynes, Trustee Phelan
Trustees Absent: None
BILLS:
Warrants totaling $7,318.92 were ordered paid on a motion by Trustee Hechinger, seconded
by Trustee Phelan-and unanimously carried. On a motion by Trustee Hechinger, seconded by
Trustee Cohendet and unanimously carried, Special Fund bills totaling $112.91"were ordered
paid.
MINUTES:
Minutes of the meeting of October 16, 1973, were approved and ordered filed.
LIBRARIAN'S REPORT:
The Librarian's Report was read and discussed.
CORRESPONDENCE: None
OLD BUSINESS:
Easton Drive Branch: The Librarian presented a blueprint draft of the floor plan for the
Easton Drive Branch library. Discussion was held on the diagram and the roofing needs of
the branch.
NEW BUSINESS: None
ADJOURNMENT:
As there was no further business the meeting was then adjourned at 7:56 P.M. with the next
Board meeting scheduled for December 18, 1973.
