Taylor, regularly employed captains of the Burlingame Fire Department, were entitled to have received the sum of $200.00 per month salary as hoseman in said Fire Department; and ,,HEREAS, when the salary classification was completed pursuant to Ordinance No. 402, these men were inadvertently classified so as to receive +"195.00 per month, when in fact they should have been paid 8200.00 per month; and WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission of the City have recommended that each of said parties be paid an additional sum of �5.00 per month from December 1, 1943, to December 1, 1944, and that thereafter their salaries be scheduled at $205.00 per month as provided in said Ordinance No. 402:, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that E. A. Patsel, E. Patsel, R. 1". Read and J. W, Taylor each be paid the sum of $5.00 additional per month, effective as of December 1, 1943 and to December 1, 1944; That commencing December 1, 1944 their salary be, and the same is hereby fixed at $205.00 per month, and thereafter to continue as provided in said Ordinance No. 402 for the classification of fire captain. The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the Burlingame City Council, held on October 16, 1944, and was adopted by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen - dOES: Councilmen - ABSENT Councilmen - Harris - Hunt - Roth - 'r",'hitsell one Dahl 7 ,'ice Pla�zor City Cler
