RESOLVED, that the Purchasing ,igent of the City be,
and he is hereby authorized to contract for a one page ad-
vertisement in the Burlingame Advance, in assisting the Sixth
War Loan "rive, and the payment therefor is to be made out of
the Civilian Defense fund, as provided for in the 1944-1945
budget.
BE IT FUP,TFFR RESOLVED, that the sum of 10.00 per
month to be paid to the filar Finance Committee of the City of
Burlingame to aid in defraying incidental expense incurred in
the several drives for funds for National Defense and the said
payment to be made out of the Civilian Defense fund, as pro-
vided for in the 1944-1946 budget.
The foregoing Eesolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on December 4, 1944, and
adopted by the following vote:
