RESOLVED, that the City of Burlingame, acting by
and through its duly authorized City Council, does hereby
accept from Pauline Pabst Wurlitzer, the annexed deed, con-
veying to the said City of Burlingame the real property
therein described.
The foregoing Resolution was duly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held January
2, 1945, and adopted by the following vote:
