AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH
THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO CONCERNING PRO-,
CEDURE FOR PROCESSING PARKING CITATIONS
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE
as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution
.of the agreement cited in the title above.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to sign said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest such signature.

a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of
January 1981, and was adopted thereafter by the following

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE-
MENTS WITH THE CITIES OF BURLINGAME, REDWOOD CITY AND
SAN MATEO RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND PROCESSING
OF DELINQUENT PARKING CITATIONS
WHEREAS, Chapter 12750 of the Statutes of 1980 author-
i izes Cities to collect and process the posting of bail for park-
II ing violations or to contract with the County for services; and
WHEREAS, the cities of Burlingame, Redwood City and
San Mateo desire the County of San Mateo to administer and pro-
cess delinquent citations and the Southern Judicial District
Municipal Court has agreed to provide such services;
it NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the
Board of Supervisors as follows:

That certain agreements by and between the County

of San Mateo and the Cities of Burlingame, Redwood
I
City and San Mateo, copies of which are presently
on file with the Clerk of the Board to which
reference is hereby made for full particulars
concerning the terms and conditions thereof, are
hereby approved, and the Chairman is hereby
jauthorized and directed to execute the same for
IIand on behalf of the County of San Mateo.
