Starting at a point which is common to the intersection of the northerly line of Bayshore Freewav with the northwesterly line of Burlingame Avenue and the southeasterly corner of Lang Road, which starting point is also indicated as Sta. 593+44.89, as said Freeway, Avenue, Road, and Sta. are shown on that certain Map entitled, "ANZA AIRPORT PARK UNIT NO. 2 BURLINGAME, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which Map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, California on September 14, 1_966, in Volume 65 of Maps at Pages 27 and 28; thence from said starting point South 82036'10" East 46.575 feet, and North 48041' East 93.445 feet to the Point of Beginning of the centerline of said 10 foot wide easement, said Point of Beginning being on the centerline of Burlingame Avenue and also on the Corporate Limits line of the City of San Mateo, as said Burlingame Avenue centerline, and said Corporate Limits line are shown on the said described Map; thence from said Point of Begin- ning the centerline of said 10 foot wide easement bears South 81001105" East for a distance of 471.137 feet; thence South 78008' East for a distance of 360.59 feet; thence South 79013' East for a distance of 148.00 feet; thence South 78017156" East for a distance of 102.00 feet; thence North 11042104" East for a distance of 42.46 feet; thence North 26030' East for a distance of 86.29 feet; thence North 71030' East for a distance of 20.00 feet to the termination of said easement. Grantee agrees by the acceptance of this deed to exercise reason able care to maintain properly the water main placed in the street, road, or park areas, and to exercise reasonable care in N inspecting for and immediately repairing and making good any damage to any portion of the street, road, highway, park or land- y scaping which occurs as a result of the installation, mainten- ance, and operation of the water main. jmg208 Upon completion of construction grantee shall restore premises t the conditions that existed prior to installation of the water main, including but not limited to the street, road, landscaping and any drainage facilities. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT DEED TO THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ACROSS COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT COYOTE POINT IN THE CITY OF SAN MATEO RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that WHEREAS, Section 25526.6 of the Government Code authorizes the Board of Supervisors to grant an easement -for use of any real property of the County upon such terms and conditions as the Board determines or prescribes, and upon a finding by the Board that such conveyance is in the public interest and that the in- terest in land conveyed will not substantially conflict or inter- fere with the use of such property by County; and WHEREAS, the City of Burlingame is willing to accept the easement hereinafter described from the County of San Mateo, and said interest in real property is not required for County use by said County. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY determined and ordered as follows: 1. That this Board finds that the conveyance of an easement to the City of Burlingame for the installation of a water main is in the public interest; and 2. That the interest in land conveyed will not substanti- ally conflict or interfere with the use of the property by the County. 3.
