HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 088-198111/17/81 RESOLUTION NO.88 - 81 RESOLUTION AMENDING SUBDIVISION HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS LOT 1, MILLS ESTATE NO. 27 RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, as follows: WHEREAS, this Council on July 1, 1968, approved that subdivision map known as Mills Estate No. 27, which map is recorded in Book 68 of Maps at pages 22 and 23 in the Office of the County Recorder of the San Mateo County; and WHEREAS, said map approval included the condition that "the highest point of any roof shall be less than 18 feet above the average curb grade at the intersection of the curb line with the projection of said property lines"; and WHEREAS, this Council has been requested to amend said condition for Lot 1 of said subdivision, and following a public hearing upon said request such an amendment has been approved, subject to certain conditions hereinafter set forth; follows: NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED and determined as 1. Said condition limiting the roof height of struc- tures in Mills Estate No. 27 is amended as hereinafter set forth as to Lot 1 only, and shall remain in full force and effect as to all other lots in said subdivision. 2. The conditions of said amendment are as follows: (a) That the highest point of the roof line of the new structure shall not exceed an elevation of 468 feet. (b) That, except as to said 468 foot height limita- tion, the new structure to be built on Lot 1 shall be �.A> �" � ..� n. t�o�:..n.4 �•� � e�'" var. ].. +4, `4 +.,j1 constructed in accord with the plans and specifications, location and general drawings submitted to the Planning Commission and dated as received on April 1, 1981. (c) That construction be under the constant super- vision and inspection of a soils engineer, and that he certify the correctness of the excavation. (d) That the top of any fence to be built on Lot 1, except adjacent to Lot 2, be below the ground elevation of any adjacent property. 3. The City Clerk is directed to record a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the San Mateo County Recorder. ayo)r I, EVELYN H.
