HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 063-1981RESOLUTION NO.63 - 81 AWARDING CONTRACT HILLSIDE / CABRILLO SIGNAL UPGRADE JOB NO. 111 WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids for the Hillside/Cabrillo Signal Upgrade, Job No. 111; and WHEREAS, on September 1, 1981, all bids received were opened before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and WHEREAS SIG14AL MAINTENANCE, INC., submitted the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $7,594.00; NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the bid of SIGNAL MAINTENANCE, INC., for said Job No. 111 in the amount of $7,594.00 be, and the same hereby is, accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the Cit of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and materials bond re- quired to be furnished by the contractor. Mayor I, EVELYN H.
