RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME MAKING
DETERMINATION OF PROPERTY TAX EXCHANGE -
PENINSULA AVENUE, EL CAMINO REAL INTERSECTION
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
State of California, that:
WHEREAS, the City Councils of the Cities of Burlingame
and San Mateo are the governing bodies of the agencies whose
service areas and responsibilities would be altered by the pro-
posed reorganization of certain lands at the intersection of E1
Camino Real and Peninsula Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of the territory involved is within public
right-of-way and therefore there are no property tax consequences
of the proposed reorganization;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Burlingame does hereby resolve, determine and order that, there
being no property tax consequences of the proposed exchange of
properties at the intersection of Peninsula Avenue and E1 Camino
Real, the City of Burlingame hereby consents to a property tax
exchange waiver pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Sections
99, et seq.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the Burlingame City Council held on the 6th
day of July, 1981, and was adopted thereafter by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP,BARTON,MANGINI,MARTIN
NOES`: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: CROSBY
