AWARDING CONTRACT
CUERNAVACA PARK IRRIGATION
JOB NO. 112
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids for
CUERNAVACA PART: IRRIGATION (Job No. 122); and
WHEREAS, on June 9, 1981, all bids received were opened before the
City Clerk and the Director of Public Works and Park Director; and
WHEREAS, WEST COAST LANDSCAPING submitted the lowest bid for the
job in the amount of $18,190.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED and it is HEREBY ORDERED that the
bid of WEST COAST LANDSCAPING for said Burlingame Job No. 112 in the amount
of $18,190.00 be, and the same hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for the
performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby is,
authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contrac
and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and materials bond
required to be furnished by the contractor.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the Burlingame City Council held on the 15th day of June, 1981, and was
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
