RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SAN MATEO
FOR TRAINING PROGRAMS
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Buringame that:
WHEREAS the City of San Mateo requires written
training agreements from any agency participating in
training programs conducted by or through their city;
and;
WHEREAS the Police Department of the City of
Burlingame desires from time to time to participate in
certain training programs sponsored and adminstered by
the City of San Mateo;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Burlingame that the City Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to sign such training agreements.

EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk, does hereby certify
that the foregoing Resulution was introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 1st
day of June, 1981, by the following vote:
