RESOLUTION ACCEPTING 1979/1980 WEED
ABATEMENT PROGRAM -.CITY LANDS
(PROJECT 001)
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified that
the work done by PLANT GROW CORPORATION under the terms of its contract with
the City of Burlingame dated October 17, 1977, as extended, has been completed
in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this Council
therefor and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as "Weed Abatement Program
1979/1980, Project 001."
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder notices of completion thereof as required
by law.

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify
that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 5th day of January, 1981, and was adopted thereafter by
the following vote:
