RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE
CITY/COUNTY HIGHWAY PROGRAM OF 1981
The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame RESOLVES as
WHEREAS, the City of Burlingame believes the operation
of the City/County Highway Program to be in the public interest;
and
WHEREAS, in order to receive County allocations as
specified in "A REPORT ON THE OPERATION OF THE CITY/COUNTY HIGHWAY
PLAN OF 1981" as adopted by the San Mateo County Board of Super-
visors, it is necessary for the City to signify its desire to
participate, and to set forth its proposed objectives under said
program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
Burlingame desires to join the City/County Highway Program, and
approves the provisions of the administrative procedure entitled,
"A REPORT ON THE OPERATION OF THE CITY/COUNTY HIGHWAY PLAN OF
1981," except that this City does not concur in the proposal to
terminate this program on June 30, 1984.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the projectswhich the City
of Burlingame wishes to construct under said program are as
follows:

I, EVELYN H. HILL, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the Burlingame City Council held on the 18th day of
May,1981, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Mangini-Martin
