ACCEPTING REROOFING THE RECREATION CENTER
AUDITORIUM, 850 BURLINGAME AVENUE
PROJECT NO. 032
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California,
and this Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The City Engineer of said City has certified that the work done
by ACE ROOFING COMPANY under the terms of its contract with the City of
Burlingame dated October 6, 1980, has been completed in accordance with the
plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor and to the satis-
faction of the City Engineer,
2. Said work is particularly described as "REROOFING THE RECREATION
CENTER AUDITORIUM, 850 BURLINGAME AVENUE - PROJECT NO. 032."
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The City Engineer is directed to execute and file for record
with the County Recorder notice of completion thereof as required by law.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 6th day of April, 1981, and was adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
