REGULATING PARKING LOTS K AND L, BURLINGAME
AVENUE AREA OFF-STREET PARKING DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. Parking meters shall be installed on the municipal
parking lots shown and designated as Lot Land the parking spaces
on the south and west borders of that lot shown and designated as
Lot K on that certain map or diagram entitled PARKING LOTS,
BURLINGAME AREA OFF-STREET PARKING DISTRICT, as revised, which
said map or diagram is numbered C-1988, and is dated February 4,
1965, and is on file in the office of the City Engineer of the
City of Burlingame.
2. No person shall park any vehicle on said lots for
longer than ten (10) hours and unless the parking meters are
properly operated. No person shall park any vehicle on the
remainder of Lot K for a longer period than two (2) hours between
eight a.m. and six p.m. on any day except Sundays and holidays.
3. The charge for such parking meters shall be fifty
cents ($.50) for the privilege of parking ten hours on every day
except Sundays or holidays.
4. So much of Resolution No. 13-66 entitled "Regulating
the Hours of Parking on Municipal Parking Lots," adopted February
7, 1966, as conflicts herewith is hereby repealed.
5. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized
and directed to procure and install said parking meters and to
install appropriate signs giving notice of the provisions of this
resolution.
6. This resolution shall be operative upon the installa-
tion of said parking meters.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th day of
March 1981, and was adopted thereafter by the following
vote:
